The HerStory Workshop is a trauma-informed, community-based program aligned with Community Safety & Well-Being through the Bon Ami Community Services Family and Friend Network Group (FFNG). It supports women in the Peel Region through culturally responsive weekly sessions focused on mental health, gender-based violence prevention, and building practical life skills. Participants gain practical advocacy tools, strengthen resilience and life skills, and connect to local resources helping create safer, healthier communities while promoting confidence, cultural pride, and belonging.

The program is an 8-week session, with weekly topics including New Beginnings, Mental Health, Entrepreneurship, Self-Care, How to Own Your Own Home, and much more.
